REBIRTH OF CITY

A hybrid alternative to global e-commerce platforms, supplied from the stock of a city’s local retailers and accessible both online and on-site.
The vitality of a city is directly linked to the health of its brick and mortar retail sector! But customers have become used to the pleasant "one-click" convenience that global E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Temu, Shein, TikTok, and others are pushing.

We need to make it as easy and convenient as possible for people to find out what goods and services are available in their neighborhood. Hence the city needs a local 1-click alternative to global online platforms, fed by the inventories of the city's local retailers, ideally linked to a department store a shopping center or the highstreet.

Step 1 – a low-threshold entry solution: Making visible which goods and services are already available in the city!
Step 2 – advantage through technology: Automation by integration of sophisticated intralogistics solutions in commercial real estate!

When local retailers join forces, this network creates new visibility, an immense variety and rapid availability. In this way, the city can score points with a competitive and lively alternative to global E-Commerce platforms.

In a rapidly digitizing world, e-commerce giants pose a challenge to brick-and-mortar stores, leading to vacant city spaces. To address this issue, a centralized shared retail system that is accessible both online and offline and benefits established retailers and city centers is essential.

How it works:
In phase 1 we make visible which products, goods, and services are already available in the city. Then we convert a suitable part of a shopping center or department store into a high-density and, in phase 2, automated warehouse that serves the point of sale and also can sustainably supply a radius of up to 2.7 kilometers. This enables retailers to gain visibility and resilience and improves income security for operators and owners.
This people-centered system seamlessly integrates local and online commerce, offering new shopping experiences and 24/7 access to goods. It revitalizes the city, serves as a meeting place and walk-in online store, reduces storage requirements, returns, transportation costs, emissions, and traffic congestion, and promotes supply security and innovative shopping experiences for residents.
